重度一氧化碳（CO）中毒的后遗症和病死率很高。自1993年以来，我院抢救了10余名中毒儿童，对其经常规及高压氧舱治疗效果不佳的4名患儿，配以紫外线照射与充氧的自身血回输疗法（Ultravioletbldriira－diationtherapy，U’BI），效果满意，现将其中2例报道如下。l病例简介t例1
