本文探讨了粮食价格对农民收入的影响,认为粮食价格上升是促进农民增收的一个重要途径,但从当前我国农业生产状况和农民收入结构变化来看,在现阶段,粮食价格上升对促进农民增收的作用是有限的,仅仅靠粮食价格上升难以解决农民增收问题。要建立农民增收长效机制,综合采取引导粮食等农产品价格逐步上升、加快农村劳动力转移、扩大经营规模、改善农业生产条件、提高劳动生产率、增加财政补贴等多种措施,促进农民收入持续较快增长。
This paper explores the impact of grain prices on peasants’ income. It believes that the increase of grain prices is an important way to increase farmers’ income. However, judging from the current situation of agricultural production and peasants’ income structure in our country, at this stage, The role of agriculture is limited. It is difficult to solve the problem of increasing peasants’ income merely by the rise of food prices. We should establish a long-term mechanism for increasing peasants ’income and comprehensively take various measures to guide the gradual rise in prices of agricultural products such as grains and grain, accelerate the transfer of rural labor force, expand the scale of operation, improve the conditions for agricultural production, raise labor productivity and increase financial subsidies so as to promote a sustained and rapid increase of peasants’ incomes increase.
