在构建延安中学教师培训体系过程中,我们遵循教师成长的规律,整体规划教师职业生涯发展,以“让每一位延安人更好地成长”作为教师培训的出发点;以“项目型”科研作为主线;依据教师的专业成熟度来有针对性地展开分层培训;依据教师所承担的工作性质和内容进行分类培训;使研修满足教师专业发展个性化需求,落在实处,形成合力,建设一支“敬业、奉献、科学、协作”的可持续发展的教师队伍。
In the process of constructing the teacher training system of Yan’an middle school, we follow the law of teacher growth, plan the career development of teachers as a whole, and take “make every Yan’an person grow up better” as the starting point of teacher training.
