钳工实习是我院机电类专业的重要实训教学内容之一。长期以来,钳工实习教学总是让学生感觉到枯燥乏味,训练机械单调、课题缺乏新意。再加之钳工是以手工操作为主,劳动强度大的工种,所以总让学生对钳工实习望而却步。本文试对实习计划、工艺分析、教师示范以及巡回指导、课后总结等教学过程和方法进行了一些探索和改进,使得实习教学效果、学生的实践操作能力都得到较大幅度提升。
Fitter internship is my mechanical and electrical major professional teaching one of the training content. For a long time, fitter practice teaching always allow students to feel boring, training machinery monotonous, the lack of new ideas. Coupled with the fitter is mainly manual operation, labor-intensive types of work, so always allow students to practice fitter prohibitive. This paper tries to make some exploration and improvement on the teaching process and methods such as internship plan, process analysis, teacher demonstration, tour guide and after-class lesson so that the teaching effect of practice and students’ practical abilities have all been greatly improved.
