中国中青年财务成本研究会九○年年会暨第三次理论研讨会于1990年7月25日至30日在江苏省扬州市召开。来自全国20多个省市的160余名中青年代表出席了本次会议。会议期间,代表们认真听取了本会顾问许毅、杨纪琬和郭道扬教授所作的学术报告,并围绕“贯彻治理整顿方针。深化财务成本改革”这一中心议题,就一些现实的财务、成本问题展开了广泛而深入的讨论。现将这次研讨会的主要观点综述如下:
The 90th Annual Conference of the Chinese Society for the Study of Young People’s Financial Costs and the Third Theory Seminar was held in Yangzhou City, Jiangsu Province from July 25 to 30, 1990. More than 160 young and middle-aged representatives from more than 20 provinces and cities across the country attended the conference. During the meeting, the delegates listened carefully to the academic reports delivered by Prof. Xu Yi, Prof. Yang Jijun, and Prof. Guo Daoyang, and focused on some real-world financial and cost issues centering on the central issue of “Following the principles of governance and rectification. Deepening financial cost reform”. Extensive and in-depth discussion. The main points of view of this seminar are summarized as follows:
