8月以来,中国楼市热点不断。8月17日,上海拍出了被称为“新中国成立以来价格最高”的一块土地,成交总价高达110.1亿。苏州、厦门、杭州重启了限购政策,合肥、南京、武汉出台了限贷政策,然而当地房价并没有因此“急刹车”。国家统计局9月19日发布了8月份70个大中城市住宅销售价格统计数据,可谓“涨声”一片,并且涨势惊人。其中有一组数据可以直观的显示房价的涨幅在增大:8月新建商品住宅
Since August, China’s property market has been hot. Suzhou, Xiamen and Hangzhou resumed the purchase restriction policy. Hefei, Nanjing and Wuhan introduced the limit loan policy. However, the local housing prices did not result in “sudden braking.” National Bureau of Statistics released on September 19 in August 70 large and medium-sized cities in residential sales price statistics, can be described as “up sound ” one, and the gains were staggering. One set of data can be intuitively shows the increase in house prices is increasing: August new commercial buildings
