应用不同浓度的α肾上腺素能激动剂和阻滞剂对比观察新生犬心脏的变时性效应。实验结果证明新生犬心脏的变时性效应发生成熟性变化。
The effects of different concentrations of α-adrenergic agonists and blockers on the chronotropic effects of neonatal dogs were observed. The experimental results show that the newborn dog’s chronotropic effects occur maturation changes.
