医疗服务工作事关广大群众健康,努力做到让人民群众便捷就医、安全就医、有效就医、明白就医,改善人民群众看病就医体验和提高病患就医满意度极为重要。2015年3月9日国家卫计委下发《关于印发进一步改善医疗服务行动计划的通知》,为医疗单位进一步改善医疗服务指出了方向,结合近期沈婉婉等[1]发表的《上海市居民就医满意度和信任度分析》的报道,医疗单位改善医疗服务刻不容缓,而公立医院是主体市场,要有更高的要求。所以公立医院引入并完善医疗服务补救
