作者采用Ｂａｋｅｒｓ８１０型血小板分析仪，测定了６１例急性白血病患者外周血小板平均容积（ＭＰＶ），观察了化疗过程中ＭＰＶ变化特征及与血小板计数的关系。结果提示，患者ＭＰＶ低于正常，化疗抑制巨核细胞造血时对血小板数和ＭＰＶ的影响不同，巨核细胞造血存在调节障碍。
The authors measured the mean platelet volume (MPV) in 61 patients with acute leukemia using the Bakers 810 platelet analyzer and observed the relationship between changes in MPV and platelet count during chemotherapy. The results suggest that patients with MPV is lower than normal, chemotherapy inhibition of hematopoietic cells on platelet count and MPV different effects, there are regulatory dysplasia of megakaryocytes.
