本文从我县小学骨干教师职业认同感、教师专业发展能力等方面作了调研,旨在进一步促进骨干教师的专业发展,发挥骨干教师的示范和辐射作用,从而带动我县整体教师队伍素质的提升。
This article made a survey of primary school teachers ’professional identity and teachers’ professional development ability in our county to further promote the professional development of key teachers and exert the demonstration and radiation effects of key teachers so as to promote the improvement of the overall quality of teachers in our county .
