能力是一个人完成某种活动所具备的个性心理特征,教学是由教师的教和学生的学组成的一种双边活动,数学是一门科学性很强的学科,数学教师要想完美完成教学活动应当具备多种能力,在教学活动中展现自己的人格魅力,在学生心目中树立较高的威信。中学数学教师能力的高低直接影响着学生数学学习成绩的好坏,新课改的大力推行对中学数学教师的素质提出了更高的要求。
