企业文化和思想政治工作既有联系,又有区别,既有交叉,又有重叠,二者你中有我,我中有你,但你不能代替我,我不能代替你。比如培育企业精神和企业价值观,进行职业道德教育,以至培育“四有”新人,都可以看作是企业文化和思想政治工作的共同内容,而企业党的思想建设和一些政治教育活动,就可以不纳入企业文化的范围,一般的文化体育活动也不必视为思想政治工作。在实际工作中,二者往往是互相依存,互相渗透的。我们要充分发挥思想政治工作的传统优势,不但不能因为建设企业文化而削弱思想政治工作,而且在企业文化建设中还要注意思想政治工作不断的改进、加强和创新。
