提出了一种双流浇注连续铸造的方法 ,用来生产合金成分随铸件截面连续梯度变化的结构材料 .该方法与传统连续铸造不同的是从两个中间包中同时浇注不同成分的两种金属液体 ,通过确保浇注时的物质和热量的稳态传输和结晶区的顺序凝固来实现铸件截面的成分连续梯度分布 .采用双流浇注半连续铸造方式对Al Si和Al Cu合金系进行了Al/AlSi,AlSi/Al和AlCu/Al3个系列的初步实验 ,通过调整铸造工艺参数 ,得到了合金成分随铸件截面连续梯度变化的合金 .试样的洛氏硬度、显微组织和成分分布有较好的对应关系 .该方法工艺过程简单 ,生产成本较低 ,有较好的开发前景 ,为解决材料在服役环境中不同部位要求不同性能这类问题提供了新的途径 ,为合金设计开辟了广阔的空间 .
