基层部队对深入开展学习实践科学发展观活动抓得紧,抓得实,取得了阶段性成果。但也存在一些问题。一是少数官兵存在沉不下去、不求甚解的现象,学习活动在低水平徘徊。二是一些同志满足于笔记篇数和体会数量,对破解发展难、指导工作思考不多。三是个别单位对工作缺乏统筹协调,存在内容交叉、任务“撞车”现象,工作效果不明显。
The grassroots units have taken a close and precise grasp of the activities in depth in carrying out the study and practice of the scientific concept of development and have achieved staged results. But there are also some problems. First, the phenomenon that a few officers and soldiers exist and can not afford to go deeper and deeper, learning activity hovers at a low level. Second, some comrades are satisfied with the number of notes and the number of their experiences, and they are not likely to think hard about cracking down development and guiding work.
