武陵地区由于历史地理等原因,经济社会发展普遍落后,但近几年来,通过各市的努力,不同市区之间在发展上还是出现了明显的差距。其中铜仁地区的人均生产总值在武陵地区的七个市州中排名明显靠后。因此,在国家的扶持政策下,如何发展铜仁地区,明确发展方向,使其后来居上,就成为了铜仁市区目前需要关注的一个重要问题。笔者认为,如果将“梵天净土,桃源铜仁”理解为铜仁独特文化与天然生态的形象展示,那么,就应将“武陵之都、仁义之城”诠释为铜仁经济发展与精神文明的更高追求,可以通过重民生、讲诚信、正风气、树形象、优教育等方法力求将铜仁打造成“武陵之都,仁义之城”。

The author believes that if we interpret “Brahma Pure Land, Taoyuan Tongren” as an image display of Tongren’s unique culture and natural ecology, we should interpret “Wuling Capital, Renyi City” as Tongren’s economic development and spiritual civilization The higher the pursuit, you can livelihood, honesty, good faith, the tree image, excellent education and other methods strive to make Tongren fight “Wuling city, the city of benevolence.”
