我厂去年第四季度在2号255米~3高炉上进行了噴吹煤粉的試驗。通过活学活用主席著作,大学大庆的革命精神,我厂职工克服了重重困难,奋战49天搞成了一套簡易噴煤粉装置,并于去年年底开始噴吹。經过两个多月的噴吹試驗基本上已經获得成功。 (一) 高炉噴吹试驗的工艺流程: 在試驗期間煤粉的加工是利用三台旧乾碾机来制备,其粒度含水及化学成份見表。煤粉由貯煤場經过密封皮带将煤粉輸送到煤粉仓,通
In the fourth quarter of last year, our factory conducted the pulverized coal injection test on No.2 255m ~ 3 blast furnace.
