近年来,门头沟区在加强村级干部队伍建设中,积极拓宽选人渠道,选任了一批曾经经商、办企业,开拓精神强、市场意识强、致富本领强的“能人”担任了村的主要领导干部。这些“能人”任职后,不仅一定程度上解决了村干部缺人选、选人难的问题,而且有效地推进了农村经济的发展,使农民得到了更多的实惠。提高了村级干部整体素质。目前,在全区273名农村党支部书记和村委会主任中,任前经商、办企业的党支部书记和村委会主任共48人(村党支部书记有31人,村委会主任有17名),占村干部总数的17.58%,平均年龄42.5岁,绝大多数拥有中专、高中学历,其中,有1位研究生、1位本科生和1位大专生。他们在工作中表现出了热情高、干劲足、开拓精神强、市场意识强的特点,有效地带动了村级干部整体素质的提高。
