多层热套容器是60年代初期得到进一步发展的一种新型结构。我国还是第一次自行设计和制造这种大型热套容器。这种结构的容器制造工序简单、生产周期短、材料利用率高,不受容器壁厚的限制,易于满足大型化的要求。本文在钢材、过盈量的选取、制造工艺、检验手段以及水压试验的用水、水温和水质等方面进行了国内外对比,并作了一些分析和论述,供参考。
Multi-layer thermowell is a new type of structure that has been further developed in the early 1960s. For the first time in our country, this large-scale thermowell has been designed and manufactured on its own. The structure of the container manufacturing process is simple, short production cycle, high material utilization, not limited by the container wall thickness, easy to meet the requirements of large-scale. In this paper, the steel, the selection of the amount of interference, manufacturing processes, test methods and water pressure test water, water temperature and water quality compared at home and abroad, and made some analysis and discussion for reference.
