在国内各开发区积极开展开放创新改革试验的大背景下,高职教育对所在开发区持续取得新进展提供了有力的人才支撑,为开发区企业提供了有序稳定的人才环境。同时,各开发区进一步深化经济转型也对高职教育校企合作进行人才培养开辟了探索空间。本文通过对国内外开发区高职校企合作人才培养发展模式的分析,契合典型开发区人才需求变化,提出提升开发区高职校企合作人才培养竞争力的对策,即全产业链对接,引导企业参与分类分梯度人才培养。
Under the background of actively carrying out experiments on the reform of open innovation and innovation in various domestic development zones, higher vocational education has provided strong personnel support for the continuous progress made by the development zones where they are located, providing an orderly and stable personnel environment for the enterprises in the development zones. In the meantime, further deepening economic restructuring in various development zones has also opened up a new space for exploration of personnel training for the cooperation between colleges and enterprises in higher vocational education. Based on the analysis of the development mode of Talents Cultivation in higher vocational colleges and universities in the development zones at home and abroad, and in line with the changes of Talents Demand in typical TEDA, the countermeasures to improve the competitive ability of Talents in Higher Vocational Colleges and Enterprises in TEDA are put forward, namely docking and guidance of whole industrial chain Enterprises involved in the classification of personnel training gradient.
