高职院校主要以职业教育为主,通过对学生的专业理论教学和实际技能训练,培养学生的基本职业技能和职业素养,奠定学生的就业基础。高职院校是学生学习的重要场所,也是培养社会人才的地方,素质教育理念下,高职院校关于学生管理模式需要在原有基础上积极改进,以“辅导员+成长导师制”形式促使学生在学校接受良好的职业教育的同时对自身也有一个合理的职业规划,本篇文章在此基础上,主要对高职院校“辅导员+成长导师制”学生管理模式引入方法和要求进行研究与分析。
