职业体育俱乐部是职业体育联赛的基本组织。对内,它与教练员、运动员有直接的利害关系,能影响这些职业主体的行为;对外,它与项目协会、职业联赛管理机构及社会发生联系,对联赛管理与运营、职业体育形象等具有重要意义。职业体育俱乐部的特殊位置,决定了实现对其法律治理的重要意义。研究从现代法治的精神和理念出发,认为权利本位应是对职业体育俱乐部法律治理的核心理念,并以此理念提出了相应的建构与完善措施。
Professional sports club is the basic organization of professional sports league.
