目的探讨复方阿替卡因用于口腔修复局部麻醉疗效。方法选择70例口腔修复患者,按照随机数字表法分成研究组与对照组,对照组应用2%盐酸利多卡因进行麻醉,研究组则予以复方阿替卡因,分析对比两组患者麻醉效果及不良反应。结果研究组的麻醉总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论复方阿替卡因在口腔修复中进行局部麻醉具有较为明显效果,而且安全性高,临床推广应用价值高。
Objective To investigate the effect of compound articaine on oral anesthesia in local anesthesia. Methods Seventy patients with oral repair were divided into study group and control group according to random number table. The control group was given lidocaine hydrochloride 2%, while the study group was given compound articaine. The analgesic effect was compared between the two groups Adverse reactions. Results The total effective rate of anesthesia in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusions Compound articaine has a significant effect in local anesthesia in oral repair, and its safety is high and clinical application value is high.
