随着我国现代化进程的全面推进,咨询业的发展获得了前所未有的良好契机。 咨询业是现代高知识、高智力、高技术密集型的第三产业,它不仅是现代经济发展和社会进步的必不可少的产业部门,而且还将带动整个第三产业和国民经济的发展。为了把握时机有力地推动咨询业的全面发展,我们组织了对省内外咨询业的调研、考察和研究,并在此基础上从本省的实际出发,形成了促进我省咨询业全面发展的初步意见框架。
With the all-round progress of our country’s modernization, the development of consulting industry has gained an unprecedented good opportunity. The consulting industry is a tertiary industry with high knowledge, intelligence and technology. It is not only an indispensable industrial sector for modern economic development and social progress, but also will drive the development of the tertiary industry and the national economy as a whole. In order to seize the opportunity to vigorously promote the all-round development of the consulting industry, we organized the investigation, study and research on the consulting industry both inside and outside the province. On the basis of this, based on our actual conditions in our province, we formed the preliminary opinions on promoting the comprehensive development of the consulting industry in our province frame.
