在市场经济惊涛骇浪的海洋中,我们时常听到一些成功的企业在总结经验时,离不开这样的说法:“我们捉住了机会……”.而一些遭到市场无情打击的企业在追求教训时也常常提到“由于产品不能适销对路,积压严重,资不抵债,以致失败”.虽然他们没有触及到机会这一字眼,但他们失败的原因不正是产品不能适销对路所致吗?应该说机会,尤其是对机会的把握与利用已成了当代企业成败的突击问题.
