多年耕耘,多年辛劳,一本巨著,终于问世。我怀着十分崇敬的心情,反复拜读了这本专著,写下一点心得。 本书主要作者清华大学教授许保玖,1942年中央大学土木工程工学士,四十年代末赴美国,攻读当时较新颖的卫生工程学科,1949年和1951年先后获得密西根大学卫生工程硕士及威斯康星大学哲学博士学位之后,作者即转入工程设计工作。这段时间大量进行了基础理论、实验研究到设计工程实践的专业全过程训练,突出了作者的学科功底特点,这在他后来的著作风格中反映出来。1954年底,作者冒着触犯当时美国政策的风险,毅然
