这项技术是由管道局职工学院和管道勘察设计工程公司共同研究的成果。该技术是采用价廉的单板机实现电动阀门位移量的给定值自动控制,其控制精度可达0.1mm。当阀门的拖动电动机功率小于10kW时,选用SSR固态继电器控制电动机,做到了电源控制无触点。同时,利用微机的软件限位,可取代阀门上、下行程限位开关。该系统便于实现对传统电动阀门的改造,实验证明,经改造的电动阀门控制精度高,工作可靠,还提高了防爆性能。
This technology is a result of joint research by the Pipeline Bureau and the Pipeline Survey and Design Engineering Company.
