我国广播电视大学在“教育必须为社会主义建设服务,社会主义建设必须依靠教育”的办学指导思想的指引下,艰苦创业十二年,使电大教育已成为我国高等教育的重要组成部分.但是,自1986年后,由于因文革造成的人才断层已经弥补,电大原设的部分专业人才需求趋向缓和,加之成人高校间的激烈竞争,电大生源开始下降.因此,调整电大办学机制,以主动为地方经济和社会发展服务.实行按需办学,已成为地方电大亟待研究的一个重要问题.
Under the guiding ideology of running a school which “education must serve for the socialist construction and socialist construction must rely on education”, our RTVU has worked hard for 12 years and made RTVU education an important part of China’s higher education.However, Since 1986, due to the fact that the talent gap caused by the Cultural Revolution has been compensated, the demand for some of the original professionals in the TV University has been eased. In addition, due to the fierce competition among adult colleges and universities, the students’ origins have been declining. Therefore, Economic and social development, and implementing on-demand schooling has become an important issue to be studied urgently by local TV universities.
