岗位培训作为成人教育的重点,从1986年提出至今已有5年了。5年来,各个业务系统的培训机构,如职工学校、培训中心等,都从自己的实际情况出发,发挥各自的优势,积极开展各具特色的岗位培训,并取得一定的效果。 电大教育同一般的成人教育相比,有其自身的特点和优势,她不仅具有系统优势,而且还有着多种媒体的优势。因此,电大开展岗位培训,也应当具有自己的特色,发挥自己的优势,开拓新的路子,求得更好的效果。
Job training as the focus of adult education has been put forward since 1986 for five years.
