近几年,国内生产特厚钢板一般采用以下三种方法:一是利用传统的模铸钢锭、水模铸钢锭及电渣重熔钢锭进行轧制,如舞钢、宝钢、营口、鞍钢鲅鱼圈、鄂钢、南阳汉治、河南龙成等宽厚板厂;二是新建宽厚板厂大都在设计时增大连铸坯厚度,利用大厚度铸坯来轧制,如首秦宽厚板将铸坯厚度扩大到400mm,新余宽厚板厂扩大到420mm;三是采用焊接复合铸坯法,将两块铸坯利用先进技术复合在一起进行轧制,如济钢宽厚板等。三种工艺方法都有优缺点。本文介绍日本开发并正在使用,但目前国内尚没有厂家正式采用的立式连铸坯轧制特厚板的另一种工艺。
