服务旅客创先争优活动是铁道部党组贯彻落实党中央要求开展的一项重要活动,对于方便广大人民群众出行,树立和维护党和政府形象;对于打造铁路现代客服新品牌,促进铁路科学发展;对于推进铁路多元化经营,维护和发展好广大职工的切身利益,都具有十分重要的意义。通过培养“服务旅客”的意识理念与“创先争优”活动平台两者有机地结合,更大程度上是需要武铁党组织基层的每一分子——“武铁共产党员”逐步形成自觉和主动的服务行为习惯,影响带动其周围的新党员、职工群众积极参与落实活动。
