本文分析了复合材料内初始缺陷对材料静强度随机分布及其疲劳寿命随机分布的影响,认为它们之间存在相关性。采用一个材料疲劳寿命曲线模型来描述材料静强度分散性与其疲劳寿命分散性间的联系。在此基础上,提出了一个基于复合材料静强度分散性来描述材料疲劳寿命分散性的模型。3种复合材料的系列试验数据被用来验证该模型,结果表明在已知复合材料静强度分布情况下,该方法能对任一疲劳载荷下材料疲劳寿命的随机分布进行合理预测。
In this paper, the effect of initial defects on the random distribution of static strength of materials and the random distribution of fatigue life is analyzed. It is considered that there is a correlation between them. A material fatigue life curve model is used to describe the relationship between the static strength of a material and the dispersibility of its fatigue life. On this basis, a model based on the static strength of the composite material to describe the dispersion of the fatigue life of the material is proposed. A series of experimental data of three kinds of composites were used to verify the model. The results show that this method can reasonably predict the random distribution of material fatigue life under any fatigue load, given the static strength distribution of the composites.
