在营养液培养条件下以普通结瘤大豆 Bragg cv.[ Glycine m ax ( L.) M err]及其超结瘤突变体 nts382 为实验材料,运用光学显微方法研究了硼对大豆根瘤结构的影响,并测定了根瘤固氮酶活性。结果表明,缺硼使根瘤结构受到严重破坏,并使固氮酶活性显著下降。缺硼使根瘤结构受到破坏是导致固氮酶活性下降的可能原因
Under the condition of nutrient solution culture, the common nodulated soybean Bragg cv. [Glycine m ax (L.) M err] and its super-nodule mutant nts382 were used as experimental materials. The effects of boron on the nodule structure of soybean were studied by optical microscopy. The nodule nitrogenase activity was also determined. The results showed that boron deficiency severely damaged the nodule structure and markedly decreased the activity of nitrogenase. Boron deficiency so that the destruction of the nodule structure is the possible cause of decreased nitrogenase activity
