目的:探索湖北恩施产厚朴叶形变化与药材质量的关系。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定厚朴酚、和厚朴酚含量,流动相为甲醇-水(78∶22),检测波长为294 nm。结果:叶先端凸尖者、叶片短小者,厚朴叶的酚含量通常较高;在一定年限之内,树皮较厚者,厚朴皮的酚含量较高。结论:湖北恩施产厚朴叶形变化与叶自身酚含量的高低直接相关,与药材质量关联性不强。
Objective: To explore the relationship between leaf shape change and quality of Magnolia officinalis in Enshi of Hubei Province. Methods: The contents of magnolol and honokiol were determined by HPLC. The mobile phase consisted of methanol - water (78:22) and the detection wavelength was 294 nm. Results: Phenol content of the apex of the tip of the leaves, the short leaves and the leaves of Magnolia officinalis were generally high. Within a certain period of time, the thicker barks and the thicker ones contained the higher phenol content. Conclusion: The leaf shape of Magnolia officinalis in Hubei Province is directly related to the phenolic content of leaf itself, but not to the quality of herbs.
