本文报告用四氯化碳灭火器救火过程中发生2例中毒及随访情况,供参考。例1 男性,35岁,湖北籍,西安某棉纺厂维修工,平日不接触毒物。1981年12月8日厂内棉花库失火,患者等用四氯化碳灭火器救火约一小时,现场共用四氯化碳40～50桶。患者当场昏倒,送该厂卫生所吸氧急救后转送某职工医院抢救,3天后清醒。但仍有头昏、眼花、四肢乏力及麻木感。多次查肝功均显
This paper reports two cases of poisoning and follow-up during the fire fighting with carbon tetrachloride fire extinguisher for reference.
