采用聚合酶链反应和核酸分子杂交技术检测口腔粘膜白斑组织中C-Ha-ras癌基因扩增及第12位密码子G→T突变。结果,C-Ha-ras癌基因无扩增,11例口腔白斑中存在1例这种突变。同时,对C-Ha-ras癌基因在口腔癌前病变中的可能作用及意义进行了初步探讨。
C-Ha-ras oncogene amplification and codon G → T mutation in oral leukoplakia were detected by polymerase chain reaction and nucleic acid hybridization. As a result, there was no amplification of the C-Ha-ras oncogene, and one such mutation was found in 11 cases of oral leukoplakia. At the same time, the possible role of C-Ha-ras oncogene in oral precancerous lesions and its significance were discussed.
