采用聚合酶链反应和核酸分子杂交技术检测口腔粘膜白斑组织中Ｃ－Ｈａ－ｒａｓ癌基因扩增及第１２位密码子Ｇ→Ｔ突变。结果，Ｃ－Ｈａ－ｒａｓ癌基因无扩增，１１例口腔白斑中存在１例这种突变。同时，对Ｃ－Ｈａ－ｒａｓ癌基因在口腔癌前病变中的可能作用及意义进行了初步探讨。
C-Ha-ras oncogene amplification and codon G → T mutation in oral leukoplakia were detected by polymerase chain reaction and nucleic acid hybridization. As a result, there was no amplification of the C-Ha-ras oncogene, and one such mutation was found in 11 cases of oral leukoplakia. At the same time, the possible role of C-Ha-ras oncogene in oral precancerous lesions and its significance were discussed.
