目的了解深圳市龙岗区德国小蠊自然种群对5种常用杀虫剂的抗性现状,为指导全区科学合理地使用杀虫剂和提高德国小蠊杀灭效果提供参考。方法采用粘捕法捕捉蜚蠊,分类鉴定后通过广口瓶药膜接触法检测德国小蠊对常用杀虫剂的抗性水平。结果共捕获蜚蠊1026只,其中德国小蠊占97.95%,为优势种;龙岗区德国小蠊自然种群对高效氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯、双硫磷、残杀威和仲丁威均产生了不同程度的抗性,抗性系数依次为25.27、10.65、12.73、4.55和14.59,其中高效氯氰菊酯抗性最为突出(抗性系数>20)。结论深圳市龙岗区德国小蠊对高效氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯、双硫磷和仲丁威已产生高抗性。
Objective To understand the resistance status of natural populations of Blattella germanica to five kinds of commonly used insecticides in Longgang District of Shenzhen City and provide reference for the scientific and rational use of insecticides and the improvement of the killing effect of German cockroaches in the whole area. Methods The method of sticking catching was used to capture the cockroaches. After classification and identification, the resistance of Blattella germanica to commonly used insecticides was tested by jar method. Results A total of 1026 cockroaches were captured, of which 97.95% of German cockroaches were dominant species. The natural populations of German cockroach in Longgang district were different from that of beta-cypermethrin, deltamethrin, The resistances were 25.27, 10.65, 12.73, 4.55 and 14.59, respectively, of which resistance to beta-cypermethrin was most prominent (resistance coefficient> 20). Conclusion The Blattella germanica in Longgang District of Shenzhen has high resistance to beta-cypermethrin, deltamethrin, diphtheria and secopipeline.
