随着我国汽车制造业的日益发展,必须有比较精确的车速校验仪器.根据需要,我们上海拖拉机汽车研究室与上海激光技术试验站协作,共同研制成一种GaAs激光汽车测速仪,它的使用性能符合要求.可用于各种机动车辆和拖拉机运动速度的检测.仪器工作原理如图所示.GaAs激光汽车测速仪采用直流供电,具有体积较小,携带方便,以及在阳光、强光照明场合与小雨天气都能使用等优点.
