在很多企业中都存在这样的情况,企业管理层认为工资就是员工的收入,有的公司根本就没有绩效奖,有的公司有绩效奖这一项,但只是把这部分收入当做附加在工资之外的一小部分,并没有把它与工资的概念放在同一个高度上来理解,因此,施行绩效管理的意义就没有凸显出来,没有起到监督激励的作用。本文通过对W公司的绩效管理进行调研分析,希望借此对绩效管理工作在企业管理中的运用给与实践指导意义。
In many enterprises, there are such situations. The management thinks the salary is the employee’s income. Some companies simply do not have the performance award. Some companies have the performance award, but only regard this part of the income as the salary attached A small part of it is not comprehended by putting it in the same height as the wage concept. Therefore, the significance of implementing performance management is not highlighted and it does not serve to oversee the incentive. Through the investigation and analysis of W Company’s performance management, this paper hopes to give practical guidance to the application of performance management in business management.
