大鼠胃幽门D细胞内生长抑素的组织化学观察

本文用免疫组织化学的方法,对大白鼠胃幽门部的D细胞进行研究,结果表明生长抑素免疫活性在胞浆中为阳性。D细胞多是梭形或蝌蚪形,分布在胃幽门腺体基底端的1/3。

In this paper, immunohistochemical methods of gastric pyloric D cells in rats, the results show that somatostatin immunocompetence in the cytoplasm is positive. D cells are mostly fusiform or tadpole-shaped, located in the basal end of the stomach pyloric gland 1/3.
