脊椎动物的交感节后神经元存在五种电压依从性离子电流:钠内向电流、钙内向电流、持续的钾外向电流、瞬时电流以及非失活性钾外向电流即 M 电流。前三种发生在膜除极到阈电位水平及进一步除极的情况下,发生迅速,离子电导值较大。瞬时电流产生于较负的膜电位水平,离子电导值小。M 电流在正常静息电位水平时已经发生,离子电导值小,对静息电位及神经元兴奋性的维持有一定的作用。
There are five voltage-dependent ion currents in vertebrate sympathetic postganglionic neurons: sodium inward current, inward calcium current, continuous potassium outward current, transient current, and non-inactive potassium outward current, M current. The first three occurred in the membrane depolarization to the threshold potential level and the case of further depolarization, the rapid occurrence of larger ion conductance. The instantaneous current is generated at a more negative membrane potential level, and the ion conductance is small. M current at normal resting potential levels have occurred, the ionic conductivity is small, the resting potential and the excitability of neurons to maintain a certain role.
