省水电工程学会第二次会员代表大会于1994年4月13日至14日在兰州市召开。会议由省电力局主办。参加会议的有:省科协、省电力局、省水利厅、黄河上中游水协办、电力建筑安装联合公司、省电力试验研究所、省水电设计院、西北院勘测总队、甘肃工业大学、刘家峡水电厂、盐锅峡水电厂、八盘峡水电厂、大峡水电厂、碧口水电厂、临夏州水电局、临夏电力总公司、甘南州水电局、酒泉地区水电局、天水地区水电局、省新闻中心等单位的57名会员代表。
The Second Member Congress of the Provincial Hydropower Engineering Society was held in Lanzhou from April 13th to April 14th, 1994. The meeting was sponsored by the Provincial Electric Power Bureau. Participated in the conference are: Provincial Association for Science and Technology, Provincial Electric Power Bureau, Provincial Water Resources Department, Yellow River Upper and Middle Water Association, Electric Power Construction and Installation Joint Corporation, Provincial Electric Power Testing Institute, Provincial Hydroelectric Design Institute, Northwest Institute Surveying Team, Gansu University of Technology, Liu Jiaxia Hydropower Plant, Yanguoxia Hydropower Plant, Bapanxia Hydropower Plant, Daxia Hydropower Station, Bikou Hydropower Plant, Linxia State Hydropower Bureau, Linxia Electric Power Corporation, Gannan Prefecture Hydropower Bureau, Jiuquan Area Hydropower Bureau, Tianshui Area Hydropower Bureau, Provincial News 57 member representatives from the center and other units.
