中央顾问委员会委员、中央绿化委员会副主任,原林业部部长雍文涛同志于今年六月下旬至七月上旬到我省主要林区进行视察。在此期间他与省和有关地、州、市、县的领导同志,以及部属、省属林业企事业单位的领导同志进行了座谈。在听取省林业厅副厅长吴广勋同志汇报云南省“七五”林业发展计划后,维文涛同志谈了林业实行保护价、维持简单再生产的问题。雍文涛同志说: 实行保护价,维持简单再生产,是发展林业的一个重要问题。这次我在楚雄了解到一个情况:
