9月中旬,《中国海关》杂志改版座谈会在甘肃兰州悄然召开。来自全国26个省、市、自治区的四十多名有关方面人士汇聚一堂,探讨新形势下《中国海关》杂志进一步贴近时代、贴近实际、贴近读者,努力实现《中国海关》杂志的跨越式发展的战略思路和具体办法。他们中,既有长期以来关心、支持《中国海关》杂志建设与发展的有关方面负责人和海关业务专家,也有《中国海关》杂志忠实的读者代表以及热心、成熟的作者代表,还有直接参与过2001年《中国海关》杂志全面改版的同志。
