利用淡水培养螺旋藻已有大量报道。成本问题仍然是开发螺旋藻的关键。沿海地区淡水缺乏,如能利用海水得到一个廉价的培养基来生产螺旋藻,发展海产养殖业,将是很有意义的。
Spirulina cultivation using freshwater has been extensively reported. The cost issue is still the key to developing Spirulina. The lack of fresh water in coastal areas makes sense if we can use seawater to get a cheap medium for the production of spirulina and to develop the mariculture industry.
