我们从1984年开始,在江苏省内,针对油菜生产上的播栽期、种植密度、肥料用量以及肥料运筹等几个关键栽培技术,应用二次回归正交旋转组合试验设计法,分别在不同生态农区设点,系统地展了多因素、多水平的试验。研究油菜高产经济栽培规律,建立了四十多万字的数库,编制了统计分析与优选程序;研究出一套微机运算与经验判断相结合的分析方法,优选出一些适合不同地区、土壤和自然条件的高产经济栽培综合农艺方案,经小区模拟验证和大田栽培示范,可靠性较强。本研究在培育壮秧、栽期、种植密度、氮肥用量和品种上有新突破,这些结果正在向全省推广。
