Dear editor,rnIn remote sensing research,change detection is said to be a hot spot because of its many applications[1],and lots of synthetic aperture radar(SAR)image change detection methods are proposed.In this study,to address the prob-lem that the accuracy of SAR image change detection needs to be improved,a multi-feature parallel probabilistic neural network(PPNN)is proposed.
