实训基地建设中大多学校都注重硬件建设而忽视软件建设,软件建设时实训课程的研究与开发又是最主要的内容,让学生实习什么?如何能取得大效果?如何让实训内容与工作岗位、职业能力相适应等,都应是实训基地软件建设的重要方面。此外,以实训场所为中心的理实一体化或项目化教学模式将逐步取代以课堂为中心的教学模式,这更需要中职校在实训基地建设中加强校本实训课程的研究与开发,本文将重点介绍校本实训课程开发的意义、方法及做法。
