膀胱癌是泌尿外科常见的肿瘤。我院收治1例膀胱癌术后80天,肺、胸膜早期转移的病例,现报告如下。病例报告患者魏××,男,42岁。住院号:B27604。该患间断无痛性肉眼血尿5个月,膀胱镜检查:膀胱左侧壁肿瘤,左输尿管外上约1cm有一约2×2.5cm的乳头状肿物。门诊以膀胱癌收入院。IVP:双侧肾未见异常,膀胱左侧可见2×2.5cm大小的占位性病变。X线胸透:心肺未见异常。尿培养:无细菌生长。
Bladder cancer is a common tumor in urology. In our hospital, one case of bladder cancer after surgery for 80 days, early metastasis of lung and pleura was reported as follows. The intermittent painless hematuria for 5 months, cystoscopy: left cystocele of the bladder, the left ureter about 1cm on the outer about a 2 × 2.5cm papillary mass. Outpatient clinic for bladder cancer income. IVP: There was no abnormality in both kidneys. There was a 2×2.5cm lesion on the left side of the bladder. X-ray chest: no abnormalities in heart and lung. Urine culture: No bacterial growth.
