造釉细胞纤维牙瘤(Ameloblasticf ibro—odontoma)是一种罕见的牙源性肿瘤。它是一种具有造釉细胞纤维瘤特点并含有牙本质和牙釉质的肿瘤。早期文献中,此瘤与造釉细胞牙瘤未加区分,而被视为同一肿瘤。1967年Hooker在美国口腔病理学年会上首先对这两种肿瘤进行了明确的区分。目前国内在口腔病理学的诊断中,对这两种肿瘤的区分已有所认识,但未见公开发表的病例报导。现根据我院口腔病理室收集到的3例造釉细胞纤维牙瘤报导如后,对肿瘤内上皮——间叶界面的形态学特征进行观察,并给予讨论。
Ameloblast fibrosarcoma (Ameloblastic f ibro-odontoma) is a rare odontogenic tumor. It is a tumor with ameloblastoma features and contains dentine and enamel. In the early literature, this tumor was not differentiated from the ameloblast tooth adenoma and was considered to be the same tumor. In 1967 Hooker first made a clear distinction between these two types of tumors at the American Oral Pathology Annual Meeting. At present, in the diagnosis of oral pathology, the distinction between the two types of tumors has been known, but no published case reports have been published. According to reports of 3 cases of ameloblastic fibromatoses collected in the Oral Pathology Department of our hospital, the morphological characteristics of the tumor’s epithelium-mesenchymal interface were observed and discussed.
