目的:研究茶多酚对奥氮平诱致肥胖大鼠的调脂作用。方法:选择健康雌性大鼠50只,随机选择10只作为对照组,其余40只给予2周1.2mg/kg奥氮平灌胃,获得成功造模肥胖大鼠36只,随机平均分为模型组、观察A组(2.5mg/kg盐酸西布朗)、观察B组(150mg/kg茶多酚)和观察C组(0mg/kg茶多酚),继续给予奥氮平和上述药物灌胃,持续5周,每周定期测量1次体重和2次饮食饮水量,测定各项血脂指标。结果:相比于对照组,模型组体重、饮食量显著增加(P<0.05),饮水量变化不大;相比于模型组,观察A、B、C组体重显著减轻,饮水量、饮食量明显减少,低密度脂肪显著减少(P<0.05)。结论:茶多酚可以有效降低奥氮平诱致肥胖大鼠体重,有较好调脂作用。
Objective: To study the effect of tea polyphenols on the lipid-regulating effect of olanzapine in obese rats. Methods: Fifty healthy female rats were randomly selected. Ten rabbits were randomly selected as the control group.
